Dinner: Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 8 medium
  • Butter 12 oz
  • Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 can
  • Masher or a Mixer

Directions

  1. Peel ‘em
  2. Dice ‘em
  3. Boil ‘em until soft
  4. Drain 'em
  5. Add 1.5 sticks of butter
  6. Mash with blender
  7. Mix in Evaporated milk until desired creaminess
  8. Serve with steak and beer.
