Dinner: Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Potatoes 8 medium
- Butter 12 oz
- Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 can
- Masher or a Mixer
Directions
- Peel ‘em
- Dice ‘em
- Boil ‘em until soft
- Drain 'em
- Add 1.5 sticks of butter
- Mash with blender
- Mix in Evaporated milk until desired creaminess
- Serve with steak and beer.
