Lunch: Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • Bowl 1 large
  • Romaine Lettuce 1 heart
  • Salmon 2 pouches
  • Chia 3 tbsp
  • Flax 3 tbsp
  • Cherry Tomatos 5
  • Chopped Onion 1/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil 4 oz
  • Parmesan
  • Ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Clean and chop all vegetables.
  2. Add the lettuce to the bowl.
  3. Add the salmon, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour in the olive oil.
  5. Add the Chia and Flax seeds.
  6. Add the tomatoes cut in half.
  7. Add the chopped onion and parmesan.
  8. Pour on some ranch dressing.
  9. Toss that salad, really get in deep.
  10. Enjoy with hot green tea...
