- Clean and chop all vegetables.
- Add the lettuce to the bowl.
- Add the salmon, salt and pepper.
- Pour in the olive oil.
- Add the Chia and Flax seeds.
- Add the tomatoes cut in half.
- Add the chopped onion and parmesan.
- Pour on some ranch dressing.
- Toss that salad, really get in deep.
